Understand first. Agree the work.
Service scope & next steps
See what a focused project could include, what you supply and how we agree a quote. We start with your goal and what already works.
Spreadsheets
Build around the way your work happens.
A new workbook or a clearer existing workflow can connect the information you need without adding unnecessary complexity.
Start with the workflow
Describe the job the workbook needs to do, the information available and the app and device you use. We review a redacted sample only if needed; please do not send confidential customer data.
Scope & pricing
New and custom workbooks are scoped and quoted separately. We agree the inputs, calculations, views, checks and handoff before work begins.
Focused repair of an existing workbook covers one workbook, one workflow and one agreed result. It is a separate offer from a new or custom workbook; see its dedicated service page for the minimum price and full terms.

Ask the right questions. Make the handoff clear.
A straightforward inquiry, request or intake form should collect useful information and make it clear where the response goes next.
What a project may include
Review the questions, required fields, confirmation message and an agreed destination for responses. Build or improve the form, test the agreed paths and provide clear handoff instructions.
What you supply
The form's purpose, the information you need, who handles responses and the platform you already use. Access and account responsibilities are arranged only after the scope is agreed.
Scope & pricing
Quoted after review. The number of questions, response destination and any requested integration affect the work. We agree the deliverables and fixed quote before paid work begins.

Make a useful way of working easier to repeat.
Clear checklists, instructions and reusable templates help people see what to do, what to record and what comes next.
What a project may include
Organize your approved information into a practical checklist, instruction sheet or business template. Agree the format and intended reader, review a draft and provide the agreed editable file.
What you supply
The task or process, your existing notes and the information the document needs to contain. You approve the business-specific content before handoff.
Scope & pricing
Quoted after review. The number of documents, length, content readiness and layout needs determine the scope. We agree the deliverables and fixed quote before paid work begins.

Start with clear pages and accurate business information.
Before adding more marketing work, understand whether your current website and public business details support what customers need to know.
Review before recommending
We review your website, business information and goals to decide whether practical changes would help. Keep what already works; agree only improvements that are relevant to your business.
What agreed work may include
Page titles and descriptions, useful site structure and links, and indexing or sitemap checks. Google Business Profile setup or cleanup is considered only for eligible businesses after reviewing the business and its existing presence.
Scope & pricing
Quoted after review. Website basics already included in a Website Creation project stay included. Any separate search work has its own agreed scope and quote. No ranking guarantees.
